About The CEO
Zandi Kogo is a visionary CEO and strategic business leader with over 25 years of executive experience in real estate, retail, FMCG, asset management, and corporate governance. A former Executive Director at Rebosis Property Fund (JSE-listed), she oversaw assets worth more than R16 billion ($857 million) across 800,000 m² (8.6 million ft²) of GLA, while serving on the Audit & Risk, Investment, and Social &
Ethics Committees. Her career also spans senior leadership roles at Billion Group, TFG, Unilever, and BKS Engineering.
As CEO of Legacy Heritage Group, Zandi is redefining integrated solutions in property, construction, cleaning, hygiene, and business consulting. She is recognised for her people-first leadership, investing heavily in training and development, with a workforce that is 60% youth and 70% women. She is a member of leading professional bodies including the South African Council of Shopping Centres (SACSC), the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA), and the South African Facilities Management Association (SAFMA), Women Property Network (WPN) further reinforcing her commitment to governance, leadership, and industry best practice.
Through Legacy Heritage Group and the Inspirational Women Foundation, Zandi has
created over 150 jobs, 900 households benefitting with further expansion planned,
and continues to champion socio-economic transformation. Respected for her vision, integrity, and empowerment-driven leadership, she is building a company that not only delivers world-class solutions but also creates legacies that uplift communities.
